Nice and quiet, comfortable and the desk attendant upgraded us to a king bed instead of queen bed and charged us the same price as the queen bed.
They allowed early check-in
The location was close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and also not too far of a walk to the music festival we were in town for. The manager was friendly. The lobby was clean and parking was included. The towels and soap were plentiful and the beds were comfortable. It is perfect for a place to crash and have a bed and shower.

Honestly surprised by the negative reviews -- lovely staff, easy check in (very helpful with our special requests). It's a cheap motel so as long as you don't go in expecting something else, it's great
